Single Bedroom
The large single bedroom has views over the rear patios. It is sympathetically furnished with a mixture of modern and antique pine furniture and the warm sunrise pinks and peaches of the bed-linen blend with cream walls. The room also has a TV with Freeview and plenty of electrical sockets.

In common with all guest bedrooms, there is ample hanging and drawer space for clothing and personal items. All mattresses are treated annually to comply with the ABComplete Check Mark and all our beddding is to high specification and non-allergenic, including "Spundown" duvets, pillows and quilted mattress enhancers. |

If you should require 2 twin rooms, the single bedroom has a full sized "underbed", which can be drawn out to convert it into a small twin. |

| This room shares the family bathroom with the twin bedroom. The roomy "Victoriana" bathroom has a large shower cubicle and bath and a UK/US shaver socket. Guests are provided with ample towels, soap and shower gel and dressing gowns.
